As Fred said when I asked him why he continues to work on old, downtown buildings, "A person has to do something." 

What he implies without saying is that a person has to do something well.

A few years ago Fred asked me to look at some flooring and give my opinion of whether it would work in a loft he was working on. He took me around to some of his properties and I was impressed enough to start an informal photo catalog of the projects.

Our intention was to put together some kind of website as a loose portfolio and point of interest.

At last, welcome to the website we've been planning to do for several years. We hope it's worth the wait!
